Pilates at Sampson Physiotherapy: Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.

Welcome to the Pilates Studio at Sampson Physiotherapy. We offer Mat work classes for beginners to advanced level. For those who wish to enhance their performance in sport and for those recovering from injury.

Our studio is comfortable and warm with a relaxing atmosphere. Classes are small in size, for personal attention, to insure that you are doing the exercises correctly and mats are provided.

What is Pilates…

Pilates is a series of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen muscles, increase flexibilty and improve overall health. All exercises are preformed with attention to breath, posture and efficient movement patterns. The key principles of thte Pilates method are: breathing, concetration, control, centering, precision, balanced muscle development, rhythm, whole body movement and relaxation.

In Pilates all movement radiates out from our core. Through Pilates exercises we develop a strong, stable and flexible core thus improving our posture, strengthening our body and helping to prevent injury.

Pilates Classes held in St. Brigid’s Community Centre, Blanchardstown Village.

Sorry we don’t do pay as you go classes. The term runs for 6 weeks and costs €90, payment to be received prior to start of term.
